libclang1-3.4-dbg software package provides clang library, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclang1-3.4-dbg
libclang1-3.4-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclang1-3.4-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclang1-3.4-dbg *
You will get with libclang1-3.4-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
